Ryan Abernethy is a shareholder in the firm’s Labor & Employment and Litigation practice groups. Ryan has successfully represented clients in all areas of employment law including the defense of claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, trade secrets infringements and class actions.  He also regularly counsels clients regarding compliance, risk management, policy preparation and training.

Meagan Bainbridge assists employers in all aspects of their employment relationship with their employees. She is an experienced trial attorney and has successfully litigated a wide variety of issues in both state and federal courts as well as before various administrative agencies for clients in a wide range of industries. In addition, Meagan provides advice, counsel, and training to employers concerning their workplace policies, practices, and personnel decisions and is a frequent presenter on employment law topics.

Kevin’s practice focuses on defense of employers in labor and employment cases, including individual, class action, and representative wage and hour claims under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), as well as discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wrongful termination claims asserted under the FEHA, Title VII, the Labor Code, and other statutes.

Brendan is a shareholder who spearheads the firm’s Appeals and Writs group and is a member of the firm’s litigation, labor and employment, and trust, probate and elder-abuse litigation groups. He is an Appellate Law Specialist certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Lukas Clary is a shareholder in the firm’s Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups.  Lukas has experience representing clients in all aspects of employment litigation.  He regularly handles claims involving allegations of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unpaid overtime and wages, missed meal and rest periods, and class actions.

Shauna Correia is a shareholder in the firm’s San Francisco office, practicing in the Labor & Employment group. She is an accomplished negotiator and experienced trial attorney. Shauna represents businesses in a broad range of litigation matters in both California and Nevada. Many of Shauna’s clients rely on her for her advisory and risk-management capacities, particularly with regard to compliance with employment laws and avoiding litigation.  She also reviews and drafts employment-related agreements and handbooks, conducts workplace investigations, and provides statutorily required trainings.

Talia Delanoy is a seasoned litigator and counselor who defends employers against a variety of claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and breach of contract.

As a Litigation shareholder of the Firm and the Firm’s San Francisco Litigation Practice Group Leader, Paul advises clients on commercial law, insurance defense, public liability, real estate, and employment-related litigation.

Chris is an associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. He previously joined Weintraub Tobin as a Summer Associate while he was earning his J.D. from U.C. Davis School of Law. During his time in law school, Chris served on the Moot Court Honors Board as a 1L Competition Problem Writer. He also served as Senior Articles Editor for the U.C. Davis Business Law Journal.

James is a shareholder in Weintraub Tobin’s litigation section.  He represents corporate and individual clients in both state and federal courts in various business litigation matters, including trade secret misappropriation, unfair business competition, stockholder disputes, and intellectual property disputes.

Nikki Mahmoudi is an associate in the Firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. Nikki earned her J.D. from UCLA Law and received her B.A. in International Relations from UC Davis.

Chuck is a shareholder in the Firm’s Labor and Employment and Litigation groups. Chuck actively practices and litigates on behalf of employers in labor and employment, trade secrets and employee mobility, and wage and hour class actions.

John Slavik is an associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups. He represents businesses and other types of entities in a broad range of litigation and arbitration matters in California, including contractual, employment, and commercial disputes.

Beth is a Shareholder and Chair of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group. She is admitted to practice law in California and Washington. She has years of experience assisting employers in all aspects of their employment relationship with their employees. Her practice focuses on counseling and training employers, HR professionals, and managers.

Daniel’s practice includes commercial law, insurance defense, and employment-related litigation. He regularly represents employers in a variety of employment claims, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and defamation. Daniel has particular expertise in defending employers against high-profile tort claims based on employee misconduct. His clients include corporate employers, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Daniel is fluent in Spanish.
